We’re pleased by the shift away from fixed office hours and set working locations. This provides employees with flexibility and choice in how they want to work. This was hard to do in a uniform sense since everyone is wired differently. In essence, we provide a blank slate for you to paint your masterpiece of a productive day. 

Need to come in later because you had to drop off the kids? We get you. Wanting to work a bit late to wrap up something while you’re in the zone? Absolutely. Want to pick the brains of like-minded business people in the common area? Go right ahead.  

Granted, your work is in control of how much freedom you have. Our role in this then is to ensure nothing gets in the way of you realising this freedom. By doing this, we know that you’ll be able to get the most out of your day.  

A wider community  

Home offices always have limitations – and some more than others. What all home offices lack is a sense of community. Video meetings aren’t the same, since you don’t have the same levels of non-verbal communication. Without being in the same office, informal chats have fallen victim to the era of remote working as well.
